With a clear and bright aspect, this wine has a citrus yellow colour. It is fresh and exotic on the nose, with hints of lime and lemon tree balanced with notes of white fruit and a pleasant mineral feeling. It is young and vibrant on the palate, resembling the aroma's profile, with tropical hints of fresh pineapple that lead us to a kind of sweet, fresh and persistent ending. At the table or on a terrace, it is quite a versatile companion.

Winemaking
As soon as they arrived at the winery, the grapes underwent a careful manual selection. They were completely de-stemmed and crushed and, after a short period of skin maceration, the must was transfilled and the static decanting took place. Fermentation occurred in a stainless-steel tank at controlled temperatures of about 15ºC. After the normal period of resting in a tank, the wine was batched, stabilized and bottled. It then rested in the bottle until its release for sale.
