QUALITY POLICY

Over the years, Adega Mayor has stated its commitment to continuous improvement, both through the increase and specialisation of its team, and through the adaptation of the winery to the qualitative parameters it wants to achieve and maintain, with a view to consistently guaranteeing excellency.

Adega Mayor values the continuity of a responsible business. We are aware of the environmental impact of our activity, and as such, we make a clear commitment to contributing to the sustainable development of our business, through good environmental practices.

 

Adega Mayor's Quality Policy mainly focuses on satisfying the needs of customers and consumers by optimising the quality of all available products and services.

 

Aligned with its purpose of strengthening the brand as a symbol of quality, Adega Mayor translates the following guidelines into its business:

  • Encouraging the involvement and active participation of all employees in the implementation and promotion of a culture of Quality and Food Safety;
  • Systematically applying the HACCP methodology and good manufacturing practices in order to ensure the best conditions for the supply of our products and services.
  • Complying with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization, as well as those of its customers.
  • Guaranteeing that the continuous improvement of stakeholder satisfaction and process efficiency is a constant goal for the entire Adega Mayor team, enabling its employees to improve their level of performance.
  • Providing suitable training to employees, so that they develop individual skills and abilities, with a view to an effective and responsible performance of their activities;
  • Systematic goal review and setting, ensuring the training of its employees and the necessary resources to meet them;
  • Constant update of the Quality Policy and its disclosure to stakeholders.
