INTEGRATED POLICY
To achieve its mission and vision, through the objectives defined in the Strategic Plan, Adega Mayor adopts a Policy that assumes a strong commitment to the continuous improvement of its activities, ensuring the involvement of all interested parties, both through the valorisation and qualification of its team, and through the adaptation of the company to the qualitative parameters it aims to achieve and maintain, with a view to consistently ensuring excellence in all its products and services.
At Adega Mayor, the continuity of a responsible business is valued, and being aware of the environmental, social and economic impacts of its activity, it seeks to contribute to the sustainable development of its business and the communities in which it operates.
Sustainability is deeply rooted in the Adega Mayor matrix, particularly in aspects related to efficient water and energy consumption; the maintenance and regeneration of biodiversity; proper waste management and the pursuit of circular solutions that extend the life cycle of its products.
Climate change and its impacts on natural and human systems are a critical factor for Adega Mayor in the execution of its Strategic Plan. Adapting to climate change is a challenge that must be faced in a structured way to prevent its effects, capitalising on its benefits and reducing its risks.
Beyond these aspects, Adega Mayor is committed to prioritising well-being in the workplace and ensuring full respect for human rights and compliance with the fundamental principles of work.
Aligned with its purpose of strengthening the brand as a symbol of quality, responsibility and innovation, Adega Mayor translates the following guiding principles into its activity:
