Complex aroma from which intense notes of black fruits, graphite, chocolate, mint jelly, tobacco leaf, spices and coffee stand out. It is full-bodied, thick and engaging on the palate, with an excellent acidity and lively tannins, promising a long evolution in the bottle.
An imposing wine of remarkable quality that stands out for its strong personality and perfect matching with gastronomic delicacies with intense seasoning and flavour.

Bunches were manually harvested and carefully selected in the vineyard and at the winery. After de-stemming the grapes macerated and then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation took place in new French oak barrels, followed by an ageing period of 10 months in the same barrels. Only the best barrels were part of the final batch that aged for 15 months until it reached the desired harmony.
